Lisa White

Prior to completing her Bachelor of Counselling (Coaching) at the Australian College of Applied Psychology (ACAP), Lisa had over 25 years’ experience as an adult educator and teacher trainer. Her experience as a professional musician led her into the field of counselling, where she is able to utilise her diverse experience in Music Expression Therapy. Here, Lisa has combined these disciplines, as well as her extensive experience as a Level 2 Voice Dialogue Facilitator, to access healing for clients who wish to have an alternative experience to the counselling room.
Lisa is committed to help clients realise their desired life – be it more self-awareness and understanding of the human condition, or developing an ability to live life with more ease and acceptance.
Lisa’s works with clients by building a therapeutic relationship that demonstrates support, non-judgement, congruence, acceptance and caring. She has the ability to listen deeply, and applies an integrated approach to counselling and coaching.
Lisa’s extensive participation as a client of coaching and counselling therapies, as well as her ongoing professional development, ensures her understanding of the client’s experience and process of change.
